Court Practice Series: Civil Court Essentials for New Attorneys 
Monday, June 8, 2026 | 12:00–1:00 p.m. | In-person (Hall of Justice, Dept. 62)
Join us for NLD’s first CLE of the year with the Hon. Judy S. Bae.  This will be a candid, nuts-and-bolts session on civil courtroom practice—what to expect, common missteps, and how to show up prepared and professional. This program is free, offers 1.0 General CLE credit, and is designed for newer attorneys who want practical guidance they can use immediately. Sign up here.

Beach & Bonfire Networking Meetup (Presented by NLD in collaboration with the SDCBA Wellness Subcommittee) 
Saturday, June 20, 2026 | 4:00–9:00 p.m. | Ski Beach
At this free event, unplug and connect with fellow attorneys in a relaxed setting by the water. Expect sunset views, a bonfire, and casual activities. S’mores and water will be provided—bring your own food/drinks and something warm for later in the evening.
